What we collect, and why.
This notice covers the basic and detailed enrollment forms on finixel.com. Last updated 13 October 2026.
Finixel Technologies Private Limited, Bengaluru, India ("Finixel", "we") runs finixel.com and decides how the details you give us are used. We follow India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and, where they apply to you, the EU and UK GDPR and US state privacy laws.
What we collect

We do not ask for personal ID numbers or bank details, and we do not sell your data.
Who sees your details
The Finixel team. Our website hosting and email providers store the details for us. We share a supplier's profile with a buyer, or a buyer's need with a supplier, only in the way you choose on the form. Our providers may store data outside India.
Automatic pre-fill and the assistant
When we switch it on, the detailed form can read your public website or the files you upload, and you can ask questions of an assistant. To do this, the website text, your files and your questions are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, which processes them for us and may do so outside India. Under its business terms it does not use them to train its models. The AI only proposes answers: nothing is saved to your profile until you accept or keep it, and you check every answer before sending. Please do not upload drawings, personal ID documents or export-controlled data.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time. Reply to any email from us or write to connect@finixel.com. We reply within 7 days. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India or your local data protection authority.
